This tree was picked out by Matt Reel at the Portland Bonsai Event and collected by Anton Nijhuis.

1-Late Summer 2020
Initially purchased at the Portland Bonsai Event in 2020.

2- Early Spring 2021
Removed the tree from plastic container to examine the condition of the roots.

3- Early Spring 2021
Reduced the rootball and added it to a terracota container. This will help with growth of new roots.

4- Early Spring 2021
Time to display the shore pine with a scroll to best refelct its natural habitat next to a shore.

Here is the tree at the Winter Silhoutte Bonsai Show in. Kannapolis during a demo. Goal is to start compacting the tree and styling it.
